Convert `u'(.*)\:\d+\:\s\[(.*)\]\s(?:(.*)\sto\s(.*)|(.*))'`--> `u'(.*)\:\d+\:\s\[(.*)\]\s(?:(.*)\sto\s(.*)|(.*))'`to be compatible with both Python 2 and Python 3.  See #2891
