Subject: [PATCH] doc: typeset long options with argument as literal

We previously reformatted '--option' to `--option`. This patch reformats
'--option <arg>' to `--option <arg>`. Obtained with:

  perl -pi -e "s/'(--[a-z][a-z=<>-]* <[^>]*>)'/\`\$1\`/g" *.txt
